Please read the following terms very carefully before completing your registration. All terms and conditions established in this agreement are accepted at the time you register your account. AdFlasher reserves the right to update this agreement without prior notification to its members. When changes are made to the Terms of Service, a notification will be provided via email or the internal messaging system. Any use of AdFlasher after the notification is posted establishes your agreement with the Terms of Service. If at any point you do not agree with the Terms of Service, you must cease use of the site.
US citizens and International users are allowed, except where membership is prohibited by law. All members must be at least 18 years of age. AdFlasher does not discriminate based on race, nationality, disability, or religion. Specialized campaigns, programs and opportunities may periodically be offered to members residing in pre-selected nations or regions.
You may only have one account. Do not attempt to create more than one account or your account(s) will be terminated. If you have forgotten your user information, you can use the "forgot password" form to request it. You can refer an unlimited amount of people to join the program. You must have a valid e-mail address to register with our program. All e-mail addresses are verified and the system will not let you join without validation of your e-mail address. Report any suspected theft of your account and make sure to use a password that is entirely unique to AdFlasher.
Nothing is expressed or implied that creates any type of employment relationship between the general members or advertisers and AdFlasher. Members are not partners, employees, or sales representatives for AdFlasher. Members have no legal authority to conduct business, solicit offers, or otherwise represent themselves as a partner or employee of AdFlasher.
US members will be required to fill out and fax or e-mail a 1099-misc form once they've reached $600 for the year. If you are a US member and have reached $600 for the year, your account and/or payments may be delayed until we receive the required form.
It is the responsibility of each individual to thoroughly research and evaluate any potential purchase of products and/or services offered on AdFlasher. You accept full responsibility and liability for any and all purchases made, and any subsequent risk or loss associated with your purchase. All purchases on AdFlasher are to be considered final and will be non-refundable. AdFlasher staff will be available to assist with any questions or problems relating to any AdFlasher product or service and may be contacted at any time. AdFlasher makes absolutely no guarantee, expressed or implied, in reference to your earning potential resulting from any upgrades, products, or services of any kind purchased from AdFlasher. None of the products or services offered on AdFlasher is to be considered securities, stocks, bonds or investment products of any kind. The completion of any purchase constitutes your complete agreement with the AdFlasher Products and Services Statement.
We have the right to suspend or terminate a member account at any time, for any reason and without warning or notice. The reasons include, but are not limited to: fraud, non-payment for products and/or services, system abuse, hacking, hate speech, slander, or any other actions found unsuitable by AdFlasher. Account termination notification is issued via e-mail. If a member is found to be promoting, offering or using any unauthorized third party software or services used to "auto-click", "auto-surf", "ad-alert", or circumvent or defraud the AdFlasher system in any way, such account will be terminated immediately. Legal action may also be initiated. Note that our system is very sensitive to cheating and it is easily detected. You explicitly agree that you forfeit any funds paid and earned by you in the event you are caught attempting to defraud AdFlasher.
AdFlasher will not, in compliance with its privacy policy, transfer or disclose to third parties any information you submit during registration or any information gathered during your use of the site.
AdFlasher will not be held liable for failed business opportunities, lost monies, or any other indirect, special, punitive, incidental or consequential damages arising from or related to AdFlasher or this user agreement. All provisions of this section survive termination or expiration of the Terms of Service. AdFlasher makes no warranties, expressed or implied, with respect to member accounts or products or services advertised on AdFlasher. Third party links are viewed at the users own risk. AdFlasher does not express nor guarantee any commitment toward any members, past or present. At any time, at the discretion of AdFlasher, with or without notice, AdFlasher may become unavailable to any or all members. If such termination or access to the AdFlasher site occurs, AdFlasher will remain without commitment to members, past or present. Additionally, there is no representation that the operation of AdFlasher will be without errors or downtime, and we are not liable for consequences of interruptions or errors in the sites performance.
Sending unsolicited email to people, asking them to join AdFlasher without any prior contact with you is against our policy. If we receive a complaint against you for spamming, we first verify that the Spam incident did occur and then we may delete your account.
All advertisements must be inspected and approved by AdFlasher staff. Prohibited advertisements include sites that contain: malicious script or code, viruses, discriminatory or hate-based websites, illegal drugs or pharmaceuticals, or anything found to be illegal in any form. Advertising that is approved should remain unchanged during the course of the active ad campaign. Ads may be disapproved at the discretion of AdFlasher staff at anytime.
You will indemnify and hold harmless AdFlasher, its parent companies, affiliates, customers, vendors, officers and employees from any liability, damage or cost (including reasonable attorneys fees and cost) from any claim or demand made by any third party due to or arising out of your access to the Site, use of its Services, or violation of the Terms of Services by you. AdFlasher may disclose personally identifiable information if required to do so by law.
These terms are subject to the laws of the United States. Legal actions relating to the Terms of Service or any services, features, products of AdFlasher must be brought through binding arbitration within the State of Missouri (Greene County) and you irrevocably consent to the jurisdiction of said venue. This agreement will be binding on, and enforceable against the parties and their respective successors and assigns. Past failure to enforce any provisions of the Terms of Service does not waive our right to enforce any such provisions at any time.
This Terms of Service agreement is a valid legal agreement between the registering party and AdFlasher. By registering your account you agree that you are bound to all stipulations found in this agreement and that you have read and understood all terms and conditions listed. You assume all risks and liability arising from your activities conducted on AdFlasher.
